Scaling Personalised Adaptive Learning (PAL) solutions to transform education in government schools.

What is PAL
Personalised Tech Solutions for Diverse Student Needs
Personalised Adaptive Learning (PAL) offers a scalable, tech-enabled solution to bridge learning gaps in classrooms. From diagnosis to personalised practice, PAL equips government schools with the tools to improve learning outcomes, efficiently and at scale.

Adaptive
Meets students at their actual learning level, not just their grade level.
Personalised
Delivers customised content to strengthen each child’s unique learning journey.
Resources
One Classroom,
Many Learning Levels
In many Indian classrooms, students sit side by side but learn at vastly different levels—some are up to five grades behind. This wide variation makes it nearly impossible for teachers to teach a single curriculum effectively. As a result, academically weaker students often make no progress at all, despite regular attendance. Without targeted support, the gap only grows each year.
Impact
Proven Results Backed by Rigorous Research
Adaptive learning boosts maths understanding
A 2013 study shows how adaptive logic helped Year 5 students overcome maths misconceptions—especially in fractions.
Tech-aided learning yields big gains
A large-scale J-PAL study found Ei Mindspark’s adaptive instruction improved maths and Hindi skills among grades 6–9 in Delhi.
Struggling students gain from adaptive maths
A Rajasthan-based study showed low-performing students benefit most from computer-adaptive maths tools.
Personalised remediation helps students catch up
In model public schools, a Mindspark-based study found meaningful gains among students below grade level.
PAL is already making a real difference. In rigorous studies, students using PAL improved test scores over 2x more than peers. The evidence is clear: PAL works, and it’s ready to scale.

What Users Say About PAL
PAL helps to meet student-specific learning needs by adapting educational content through technology.
I have seen many students light up with enthusiasm in Swift PAL Lab. I am amazed at how PAL identifies the learning gaps of each child and provides the right level of exercises and content. I know students who were struggling with basic Math and Hindi but are confidently improving in my class exams. I am happy with PAL.

In Mind spark, I get questions that match my level. When I make a mistake, it explains it to me. That’s why I learn better.
I wait for Mindspark class every day. It feels like a game but I learn so much from it.
